We were even assisted to set up furniture and place it in perfect position, without even having to ask. We felt relaxed and taken care of each step of the way. We decided to use Noosa Van Lines based on the excellent reviews online and were surprised there were so many that were so positive. But having done previous interstate removals, we can say that Noosa Van Lines was by far the BEST we have ever used and in fact that does them an injustice because it’s unfair to compare them to other removal companies as that bar is so low in comparison to the service and communication for the price we were charged. We had to move from a high rise apartment in Melbourne, where we could not have any changes to the scheduled pick-up time & date and not only did they arrive as scheduled, they confirmed with us before both pick-up and delivery (Gold Coast) to confirm times. Both crews (at pick-up and delivery) were exceptionally friendly and took a lot of care with our possessions, with no damage at all (a first for any move we’ve done). We will definitely use them again without hesitation and would recommend them to everyone else. THANKS GUYS.
